The Mondkar Group is a vertically integrated group of poultry units via two Partnership Firms: MKM Farms-comprising of a parent breeder and a hatchery; and Mondkar Farms- engaged in contract farming of broiler birds, with a processing plant as well.

Milind Mondkar
Founding and Manager PartneR
Mr. Milind Mondkar began his career in the field of capital markets. He established his very own Registrar and Share Transfer Agency (SEBI Registered Category I company) by the name of Universal Capital Securities Pvt. Ltd. (formerly known as Mondkar Computers Pvt. Ltd.).
His knowledge of Security led him to be elected as the Chairman of the Registrars Association of India in 2014 to 2020. In 2020, UCS was merged with Link Intime Pvt. Ltd. In 1997, Mr. Mondkar diversified into the environment and the poultry field. Mr. Milind and his team hold weekly meetings and look forward to working to create a better working environment for staff and cultivate technology to a better extent. Under the aegis of Mr. Mondkar, MKM Farms was set up in 1997 spreading over 25 acres of land in the Raigad District of Maharashtra. The poultry farm houses its Breeder and Hatchery units and Through his efforts, MKM has developed to be an environmentally controlled farm in recent years.
His vision of transforming the farm into self-sustainable poultry brought about the installation of not only a biogas plant but also a water harvesting project. He has worked with more than 20 people to increase production at their destinations, resulting in 20% more business at farms every year.
Sushant Mondkar

Mr. Sushant Mondkar has over eight years to his credit in the poultry industry. He started his journey established in the year 2013 by taking over the parent breeder unit to complement his practical experience.
He has established an excellent working environment for a poultry farm with an enthusiastic mindset. He completed the Poultry Orientation Course for Entrepreneurs at the Institute of Poultry Management. Sushant has obtained exposure and expertise in poultry farming. He knows that a poultry farm is the best boon for the people involved in agriculture. In 2016, he inaugurated the broiler rearing division under the name of Mondkar. Farms. It was through his efforts that the Mondkar Group of firms developed to be a vertically integrated farm.
Unfazed by the pandemic, he set up the processing and retail arm under the brand name ‘Chicken County’ in 2020 bringing yet another arm to the existing body of services and activities.
Sakshi Mondkar
CFO
A lawyer by profession, Ms. Mondkar is responsible for managing the financial and legal affairs of the Mondkar Group of Farms since joining in 2019.
In the years prior to joining the poultry business, she worked for JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd. During the group’s expansionary phase, she took on the responsibilities of overseeing all segments of the group’s operations and performance metrics.
She is currently a CFA Level II Candidate.
